– Pets are not allowed.
– Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Only registered guests are permitted inside the property.
– Please do not move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
– Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive outside these hours).
– Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
A panoramic terrace is available on the fourth floor for all guests—perfect for enjoying a coffee or an aperitif with a view of the historic Pico Castle.
You can park near the property by following local road signs. Some areas require a parking disk (8:00 AM–8:00 PM on weekdays). Please pay attention to:

– Antique market (second Sunday of each month)
– Special events with enforced removal
